Welcome to my blog! The Lord has been hard at work preparing me to make the big move to Zambia in January 2014, but He's left the work of actually writing this blog up to me :) As you can see, it's a work in progress. Check back soon for updates.
In the meantime, here's how you can be praying:
*October 21st - American Board of Surgery Oral Board Exam, Chicago, IL - Pray that I will have a clear mind and will be able to quickly and confidently recall and articulate all that I have learned in my surgical training.
*November 2-16th - SIMGo - Orientation at SIM, Charlotte, NC - Pray that this would be a fruitful time of training and preparation for me and my fellow future SIM missionaries
*Pray for the expeditious sale of my home
*Pray that the Lord will continue to prepare me spiritually, mentally, intellectually, and physically for moving to Zambia
*Pray for the missionaries, staff, and patients at Mukinge Hospital, for God to be glorified as the Gospel is shared in the midst of providing for the medical and surgical needs of the Kasempa District
*Pray for each other, that God would strengthen His Church around the world in love, unity and reconciliation as we worship the One True and Almighty Creator of the Universe and boldly share great news about abundant life and eternal hope in Jesus Christ.
